Processing time before shipment takes approximately 1~2 business days and begins immediately after we receive confirmation of your payment.

If we don't have your item(s) in stock, it will usually take 1~3 business days to be restocked depending on the item.

1. Standard Shipping Service takes 7~42 business days depending on the country.

* We will split up your order into several packages if the items weighing over 2KG due to the weight limit of the standard shipping service.

2. EMS (Express Mail Service) takes approximately 3~8 business days depending on countries.

3. UPS (EMS Premium) takes approximately 2~6 business days depending on countries.

4. No shipping on weekends and Korean national holidays (KST).

5. Please note that we need 7~10 business days to produce handmade items.

- In all cases, the items must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return.

- The quickest way to make an exchange is to re-order the preferred size or color and to send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund.

- If you wish to exchange the item(s) for a completely different item or color, you need to place a new order for the desired item and return the other item(s) back for a refund.

- Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for us to process your exchange. If for any reasons, the item is out of stock, we will e-mail you.
