    - In all cases, the items must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return.

    - The quickest way to make an exchange is to re-order the preferred size or color and to send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund.

    - If you wish to exchange the item(s) for a completely different item or color, you need to place a new order for the desired item and return the other item(s) back for a refund.

    - Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for us to process your exchange. If for any reasons, the item is out of stock, we will e-mail you.

    - If you have any further questions, please contact us at gentlershop@gmail.com with your order information such as order ID, your name, registered email address, etc. 

  • Return

    We at "gentlershop.com" offer a hassle free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased you may return them to us within 15 days of the date in which the package is received (7 days for customers in Korea). We will issue a full refund or exchange of the item(s), provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition*. Delivery charges are non-refundable and the buyer will assume full responsibility for the shipping fee unless the buyer has received a defective or incorrect item from us**.  Please note that some items are marked as 'non-refundable', in which case, they are non-returnable.

    Please provide relevant information such as your name, purchase date and order number with your return. To obtain your order history, you can simply log in to your account, click on 'orders' in 'my account' menu tab. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the return. This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned item(s).

    The item is your responsibility until we receive it. For your protection, we recommend that you send the package using a signed delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Recommend you to use a shipping service which includes a tracking number (please inquire at your local post office).

     * Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is the buyer’s responsibility.

    Also,  used store points and gift coupons are refundable in only store points and gift coupons.

     * When trying on our clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave / perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We are unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or where the item(s) have been soiled or damaged in any way. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

     ** We will only refund the cost of delivery when you use the Standard Shipping Service (with a tracking number) of your country. Please include the receipt in the package or send it to us by email when returning the defective or incorrect item.

    *** The promotions such as free shipping service, gift, etc will be cancelled when you return the items. For example, you purchase over $300 and get a gift coupon and then if you return some of the items, that will make your total purchase price less than $300. In this case, the coupon will be cancelled and the original shipping cost we paid will be not refundable. 

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
